LOVELAND RADIO PARTNERS, LLC is selling Religion KKCL-A/LOVELAND, CO to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $80,000.
In other deals filed with the FCC, PATRICK COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS LLC is selling Oldies WHEO-A/STUART, VA to PATRICK COMMUNITY MEDIA, INC. for $94,000 "lock, stock, and barrel" plus an LMA before closing.
RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling the construction permit for W251BZ/ORANGEBURG, SC to PALMETTO MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC for $10,000 escrow and $30,000 upon closing.
SAM F. BEARD and DAVID A. RUCKMAN, each 50% owners of PECOS VALLEY BROADCASTING CO., licensee of News-Talk KSVP-A and Country KTZA (KZ 93)/ARTESIA, NM, Regional Mexican KPZE-F (LA GRAN D)/CARLSBAD, NM, and News-Talk KEND/ROSWELL, NM, are selling 3% each of the company's stock to EUGENE J. DYMKOWSKI II and THOMAS BEARD.

ANDERSON is remaining in 100% control of the stations owned by SUNBURST MEDIA-LOUISIANA, LLC -- Country KCIL (C-97)/GRAY, LA, Regional Mexican KJIN-A (LA CALIENTE)/HOUMA, LA, and Classic Rock KXOR-F (LA 106.3)/THIBODAUX, LA -- after buying minority owner JOHN BORDERS' interest for $50,000 and transferring the licenses to MY HOME TEAM MEDIA, LLC for payment by MY HOME TEAM of a promissory note to BORDERS in the balance of $1,070,569 plus payment of a note with $459,461 outstanding to TEJAS BROADCASTING, payment of $201,525 in tower lease obligations for KCIL, and $56,700 of obligations under the KXOR tower lease.

And in a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, CENTENARY COLLEGE has apparently sold or leased noncommercial Eclectic WNTI/HACKETTSTOWN, NJ to another public radio operator. The station posted on FACEBOOK that "License was sold ... Done deal. It's gone. ... The college sold the license. It's done. It's over. This is all the explanation we received.... We're upset, too. We're doing the best we can with the information we have. Believe it or not, the new page manager hasn't take over, yet. It's still your same old WNTI at the moment." And on TWITTER, the station's staff quoted "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by posting "So long and thanks for all the fish." A report at NJARTS.COM contains messages from staff saying goodbye, but no further details of the buyer, price and plans.
Also, ON THE MAP, INC. has requested cancellation of its construction permit for new station WNCR-A/RED OAK, NC.
In CANADA, the CBC has won CRTC approval to add an FM simulcast of CBC RADIO ONE affiliate CBI-A/SYDNEY, NS at 92.1 FM with 10,650 watts at 122.8 meters above average terrain. THe present AM signal will remain in operation.
And NORTH SUPERIOR BROADCASTING LTD./DOUGALL MEDIA has been granted a power increase for CFNO-FM-2/HORNEPAYNE, ON, a rebroadcasting transmitter for AC CFNO/MARATHON, ON, from 4 to 280 watts and a height increase from 17.5 to 37 meters above average terrain, moving from low-power unprotected status to Class A1 protected.
