Now that NIELSEN's RADIO SHOW presentation and its just-concluded webinar affirmed that the PPM wasn't capturing all available listening, HARKER RESARCH used the latest post on its Radio Insights blog to ask the inevitable next question: "The only debate now is how to fix it."

"VOLTAIR proved that stations could grow AQH by processing their audio in a new way," they wrote. "NIELSEN wants a 'level playing field' so they’ve responded by reworking the encoder, in some respects emulating what VOLTAIR does."
