WBT, WLNK (107.9 The Link)/Charlotte Collect Bottled Water For South Carolina Flood Victims

GREATER MEDIA News-Talk WBT-A-F and Hot AC WLNK (107.9 THE LINK)/CHARLOTTE collected over 200,000 bottles of water to help victims of the flooding in SOUTH CAROLINA.

The stations set up a collection point at STONECREST SHOPPING CENTER, with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and the HARRIS TEETER grocery chain donating trucks for delivery.

The water will be distributed from PROGRESSIVE BELIEVERS BAPTIST CHURCH in COLUMBIA, the AMERICAN RED CROSS, the RED HILL BAPTIST CHURCH, and other locations in the affected area, with WBT's BO THOMPSON and WLNK's SHERI LYNCH joining the caravan to help unload and distribute the water.
