The Chairpersons for this year's event were WARNER/CHAPPEL Chairman-elect/CEO JON PLATT and BRENDA ANDREWS former SVP at RONDOR MUSIC INTERNATIONAL. BLACK DOT, LLC Partner & LIVING LEGENDS Secretary PAT SHIELDS served as the Dinner Committee Chairperson.

LIVING LEGENDS Chairman DAVID LINTON told ALL ACCESS, “The 19th Awards celebration was a huge success we had over 350 people in attendance as we honored our peers for their stellar contributions in the music industry. The FOUNDATION exists to help document the enormous contributions of African-Americans and women in shaping the musical landscape which impacts the world. More importantly we exist to provide financial assistance to our colleagues when financial hardships occur threatening their ability to maintain their homes or medical bills become so burdensome they exasperate their illness. We thank MOTOWN and HIDDEN BEACH for providing the entertainment in the form of STACEY BARTHE & ANGIE FISHER respectively. Unsigned artist REED SHANNON gave a stellar rendition of "LIFT EVERY VOICE & SING" setting the stage for a great evening hosted by ‘JAMMIN’ JAY MICHAELS.

We thank all of our sponsors and attendees for their support so we can continue our mission as we look forward to our Silver anniversary in 2016.”
