ABC-TV Presents: 'Countdown To The CMA Awards: Country's Greatest Crossover Hits With Robin Roberts'

In preparation for "THE 49TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS," ABC NEWS will bring its seventh annual pre-CMA AWARDS Special: "Countdown To The CMA AWARDS: Country's Greatest Crossover Hits With ROBIN ROBERTS." Featuring stories behind the 15 songs that blended or transcended traditional classifications to become universal anthems, the stories behind the songs, and showcasing BRETT ELDREDGE, LADY ANTEBELLUM, BRAD PAISLEY, DARIUS RUCKER, and CARRIE UNDERWOOD, the special will air MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd at 10p (ET) on ABC-TV.

Special appearances by JASON ALDEAN, DIERKS BENTLEY, LUKE BRYAN, FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, LEE GREENWOOD, RANDY HOUSER, SAM HUNT, RASCAL FLATTS, THOMAS RHETT, THE BAND PERRY, STEVEN TYLER, KEITH URBAN, and CHRIS YOUNG will round out the special.

Additionally, ABC RADIO will feature a two-hour special hosted by ROBERTS on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31st and SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1st taking an in-depth look at this year's CMA AWARDS nominees and songs. Also, look for appearances from multiple chart-topping and CMA AWARD nominated Country artists on ABC-TV's "JIMMY KIMMEL Live" paving the way to the CMA AWARDS.
