Fox Sports' Clay Travis To Launch 'Outkick The Show' Live Webcast/Podcast

NASHVILLE-based sports commentator CLAY TRAVIS wil host a daily streaming video show that will also be available as a podcast.  "OUTKICK THE SHOW," based on his OUTKICKTHECOVERAGE.COM site, will air one hour live weekdays at noon (ET), streaming through FOXSPORTS.COM, the FOX SPORTS GO app, and via PERISCOPE, YOUTUBE, and FACEBOOK.  TRAVIS will also air impromptu "post-game shows" whenever he deems one appropriate, and will stream a "GAME OF THRONES" weekly show recap on SUNDAY nights after the HBO show's episodes end.

TRAVIS, who founded OUTKICKTHECOVERAGE.COM and licensed it to FOXSPORTS.COM while appearing regularly on FS1, co-hosted "3HL" on CUMULUS Sports WGFX (104.5 THE ZONE)/NASHVILLE before joining FOX; he continues to make appearances on "3HL" with feature segments during college football season.

"To be honest," TRAVIS wrote on his site, "I expected to do a national radio show when I left 3HL last fall -- and I've had an offer to do a national radio show for over a year -- but the more time I spent thinking about the evolution of 'radio' and the opportunities ahead, the more excited I was to do something that no one else had ever done before.  

"This isn't the safest choice, but it's definitely the most exciting option and I think it's the future of entertainment."

TRAVIS added, "At one point you needed a physical radio station with a large antenna to speak to the masses. Now you don't. All I need to reach the masses is a wifi signal."
