THE GREAT MARATHON RADIO COMPANY, INC. is selling Oldies WKEY-F/KEY WEST, Oldies WGMX and News-Talk WFFG-A/MARATHON,  and Oldies WKEZ-F/TAVERNIER, FL to ANCEL D. HORN's TRADEWINDS RADIO, INC. for $750,000. The FMs simulcast an Oldies format throughout the FLORIDA KEYS as "THE MIX OF OLDIES."

In other filings with the FCC, BRUNSWICK COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Gospel WHLQ/LAWRENCEVILLE, VA to RONNIE D. JOYNER MINISTRIES, INC. for $149,000.

RELIGIOUS INFORMATION NETWORK is selling Contemporary Christian WAJC (THE REMNANT)/NEWPORT, MN to MARANATHA ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH for $52,000.

EDWARD L. KNETZGER, III is selling his 40% interest in NEW BRAUNFELS COMMUNICATIONS, INC., licensee of Americana KNBT and Country KGNB-A/NEW BRAUNFELS, TX, to partners WILLIAM RAINER and VAN HOISINGTON for an undisclosed price.  RAINER goes from 50% to 83% and HOISINGTON from 10% to 17% in the transaction.
