Harker Research: What's In Nielsen's PPM Pipeline?

HARKER RESEARCH's latest RADIO INSIGHTS post deals with NIELSEN's reaction to the VOLTAIR controversy, in the "technology improvement" and "enhancements" to their PPM system, addressing some of radio's concerns about format prejudice.

As HARKER insists: "NIELSEN has thus far refused to explain the specific changes that were made to enhance encoding -- even during their technical presentation ... If NIELSEN considers the problem solved, does that mean PPM is now truly 'format blind?'
