EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W287BY/OREGON, IL to ANGELO JOSEPH SALVI for $38,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Classic Country-Sports-Talk WKUV-A/LOVES PARK-ROCKFORD, IL.

EDGEWATER is also selling W289BW/VERONA, MS to COMMUNITY BROADCASTING SERVICES OF MISSISSIPPI, INC. for $22,000.

In other filings with the FCC, SHAW COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is donating W251BD/BERLIN, NH to ANDROSCOGGIN VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

QUEENB RADIO WISCONSIN, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WGLR-A/LANCASTER, WI due to "the current economic climate."

FRIENDSHIP BROADCASTING L.P. has closed on the sale of Religion KCFO-A/TULSA, OK to STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP's SMG - TULSA, LLC for $575,000.

CUB RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Country WCUB-A/TWO RIVERS, WI and Oldies WLTU (OLDIES 92.1 FM)/MANITOWOC, WI to SEEHAFER BROADCASTING CORP. for $925,000.

And after two years since filing, NORTHERN NEW MEXICO RADIO FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of FM translator K296GI/LOS ALAMOS, NM to GILLIAN SUTTON in exchange for a $1,000 donation.
