UMG's Lucian Grainge Honored At City Of Hope Spirit Of Life Gala

CITY OF HOPE held its annual SPIRIT OF LIFE GALA at the SANTA MONICA CIVIC last night (11/5). The event, honoring UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP Chairman/CEO LUCIAN GRAINGE, raised over $6 million for CITY OF HOPE.

NICK CANNON emceed the exclusive soirée, which featured a moving performance by GRAMMY AWARD-winning artist SAM SMITH. Others in attendance included JON BON JOVI, SELENA GOMEZ, KELLY OSBOURNE, SHARON OSBOURNE, LIBERTY ROSS, RUSSELL SIMMONS, DIANE WARREN, WILL.I.AM, ROSANNA ARQUETTE, SMOKEY ROBINSON, BERRY GORDY and many more.

"I am deeply honored to receive THE SPIRIT OF LIFE AWARD from CITY OF HOPE, although for me, the true reward is the knowledge that our work supporting this outstanding organization makes such a difference in the lives of so many people by fighting cancer and other life-threatening diseases,” GRAINGE said.
