Longtime broadcaster, management consultant, web designer, and talent coach JAY MITCHELL has been battling a rare neuromuscular disorder known as Primary Lateral Sclerosis, or PLS. A progressive condition similar to Parkinson, MITCHELL has lost the use of my right arm completely, I walk with a cane to compensate for the weakness in my right leg, and I have issues with balance and moving around in general.
