ALL ACCESS sends condolences to family and friends of CHARLIE DICK, widower of Country music legend PATSY CLINE. DICK passed away YESTERDAY (11/8) morning in NASHVILLE. He was 81.
DICK and CLINE met in 1956 and were married a year later. During her rise to stardom he often served as CLINE’s road manager. After CLINE was killed in a 1963 plane crash, DICK worked in record promotion, but also oversaw CLINE’s estate and legacy, assuring that both were protected. Services are pending.
