Cumulus Appoints Louie Diaz As PD Of WRQX/Washington, D.C.

CUMULUS MEDIA Top 40 WRQX/WASHINGTON, D.C. names LOUIE DIAZ PD. DIAZ moves to WRQX from sister station KLIF/DALLAS. CUMULUS is currently conducting a search for the PD position at KLIF.

Prior to joining CUMULUS last year, DIAZ was PD of ALPHA BROADCASTING KBFF and KUPL/PORTLAND, OR. A native of QUEENS, NY, he started his radio career at the age of 16 at WPLJ/NEW YORK, where he ultimately rose to APD of the station.
