WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE has partnered with UBER for "#UBERBIGBREAK," an initiative that will provide up-and-coming artists with a new channel in which their music can be heard. TODAY (11/10) artists can request a meeting with industry executives to pitch their music to be a part of the UBER BIG BREAK campaign.
"We live in a songwriter's city, and our core mission at WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE is to discover the best new talent and develop careers for artists that we believe in," said WMN President/CEO JOHN ESPOSITO. "UBER BIG BREAK is a groundbreaking partnership that marries technology and music in a fun new way to give aspiring artists a chance at stardom, and we always look forward to hearing new music."
Aspiring artists who have a guitar and demo ready simply must enter the code BIGBREAK between 11a (CT) and 2p in the promotions tab of their UBER application to unlock a special "BIG BREAK" option. If connected, UBER will pick them up and take them to a face-to-face meeting with an industry executive to hear their music. For more information, visit the UBER BIG BREAK website here.
