CBS And Kemp Communications Face Copyright Lawsuits

BWP MEDIA is taking CBS RADIO and KEMP COMMUNICATIONS to court over the use of copyrighted photos on their sites.

CBS RADIO Country WKIS (99.9 KISS COUNTRY)/MIAMI faces "BWP MEDIA USA INC. V. CBS RADIO INC." in NEW YORK Southern District Court over a picture used on the CBS LOCAL titled “Emergency personnel attend to HARRISON FORD as he crashes his vintage plane.” The suit was filed NOVEMBER 7th by BWP.

KEMP/LAS VEGAS, which includes Classic Rock KMZQ, Sports KMZQ-A, Top 40/R KVEG and Top 40 KVGQ is being taken to court over a picture of JUSTIN BIEBER and SELENA GOMEZ. The suit, BWP MEDIA USA INC. V. KEMP COMMUNICATIONS INC, was filed on OCTOBER 27th in California Central District Court.

BWP is suing for $150,000 ... or more. Both cases are expected to be settled.
