Is BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE looking for “an early resolution” of the lawsuit by NIELSEN? It would appear to be yes -- as BTLS' legal firm, THE TODD FOSTER LAW GROUP, has been granted an extention to respond to the NIELSEN lawsuit.

NIELSEN indicated it wasn't opposed to the extension.

No agreement has been ironed out yet, as TODD FOSTER told ALL ACCESS TODAY (11/10) there was, "no resolution to report."

A NIELSEN spokesperson simpy told ALL ACCESS, "Our official position is, NIELSEN does not comment on pending litigation."
