IBC Puts WRSJ In Trust, Prepares Sale

INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST ASSOCIATION is assigning Spanish News/Sports WRSJ (METRO RADIO 1560AM)/BAYAMON, PUERTO RICO to IBC DIVESTITURE TRUST for $3,000 as a prelude to a sale to comply with rules of multiple ownership.

IBC now owns one full-power television station, two FM radio stations and five AM stations in the SAN JUAN area which puts them one over the limit in the market for the radio-television cross ownership rule, necessitating placing the station in trust until a sale is completed.
