All Five FCC Commissioners Set To Appear Before The House Energy & Commerce Committee Tomorrow

Questions For The FCC

The UNITED STATES House of Representatives Energy & Commerce Committee, which handles oversight of the FCC, has a hearing set for TOMORROW (11/17) at 10:15a (ET) summoning all five Commissioners -- TOM WHEELER, MIGNON CLYBURN, JESSICA ROSENWORCEL, AJIT PAI and MICHAEL O’RIELLY to explain the status of the 2010 Quadrennial Review of the rules.

Chairman GREG WALDEN and the committee wrote, "it has been nearly two years since the Committee last received testimony from the full FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC or Commission). During the past two years, a number of questions have been raised about the Commission’s adherence to statutory requirements, its progress on improving the agency and implementing process reform, and the working relationship among Commission members."
