WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE artist BLAKE SHELTON is no stranger to making headlines, but this weekend, he found himself an unintentional hero. SHELTON jumped to the aide of four young men in ARDMORE, OK on FRIDAY (11/13) after their truck got stuck in a mud hole near the WASHITA RIVER.

The young men reported that SHELTON stopped to pick up two of the men who were walking up the road looking for help after the truck slid in and got stuck in the mud hole. SHELTON was unable to get them out with his truck, so he drove home and got his tractor to help free them.

This isn't SHELTON's first good deed this YEAR. Earlier this SUMMER, SHELTON rescued another OKLAHOMA man stranded due to flash flooding (NET NEWS 6/18). Has anyone ever seen BLAKE SHELTON and BATMAN in the same room?
