GOOD KARMA BROADCASTING has upped longtime Talk WBEV-A/BEAVER DAM, WI morning co-host JOHN MOSER to Station Manager of the company's BEAVER DAM-WATERTOWN, WI cluster. MOSER will oversee WBEV, Country WXRO, and Oldies WTTN-A (1580 THE GOOSE) while continuing his morning show.
