'50s And '60s Chicago Radio Vet Bernie Allen Dead At 86

Condolences to the family and friends of 50s and 60s CHICAGO radio vet BERNIE ALLEN, who passed away on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16th at the age of 86. 

CHICAGOLAND RADIO AND MEDIA reports, "He may be best remembered for being part of WLS-A's rock and roll era for most of the 1960s. Allen is survived by two children and two grandchildren."

A memorial service is set for DECEMBER 6th from 12:30-2:30p at OLSON BURKE/SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, located at 6471 N. Northwest Highway in CHICAGO.
