WDJZ/Bridgeport Fined $10,000 By FCC

The FCC has fined PEOPLE'S BROADCAST NETWORK, LLC $10,000 for failure to enclose the antenna towers of Ethnic daytimer WDJZ-A/BRIDGEPORT, CT with adequate fencing. 

PEOPLE'S admitted to the violation -- the wooden fences were missing entire sections and there was no fence at the perimeter of the property -- but asked for a reduction due to inability to pay; the Commission said that PEOPLE'S "failed to provide sufficient documentation" of its financial status.
