SAMUEL was born at 7:15a (CT) and weighed in at 7lbs 12oz and measures 18.5 inches in length. He joins older brother LEO (NET NEWS 3/22/2013) in vying for cuteness awards and attempting to capture hearts and sway you for extra spins. Congratulate the proud parents here.
