BEASLEY Country KCYE (102.7 THE COYOTE)/LAS VEGAS has changed its name for the holidays, becoming "102.7 SANTA FM" on SUNDAY (12/13) with a heavy dose of holiday music, an "Elf on the Shelf" contest using an "Elf on the App" mobile app, and the slogan "The VALLEY's CHRISTMAS Staton."  The moniker change is the station's second temporary name alteration, following "102.7 RODEO RADIO" in honor of the recent 2015 WRANGLER National Finals Rodeo.

“We are not just planning to play rounds of traditional holiday music,” said VP of Programming JUSTIN CHASE.  “We are going to share the joys of the season, with listeners of all ages!”

“I have been told from a very merry source, we are the only authorized station in LAS VEGAS featuring hourly updates on SANTA’s progress from the NORTH POLE by using the NORAD SANTA Tracker!” added PD KRIS DANIELS. “By offering fun elements like tracking SANTA, Elf on the App and asking SANTA to read kids' CHRISTMAS lists,  102.7 SANTA FM will be festive and fun for the whole family!”
