WIYY/Baltimore To Host 'Star Wars' Screening

May The Farce Be With You

HEARST Active Rock WIYY (98 ROCK)/BALTIMORE's JUSTIN, SCOTT & SPIEGEL morning show will host a special screening of "STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS" at the historic SENATOR THEATER at 7:30a (ET) the morning of the film's opening on FRIDAY (12/18). 

The live broadcast starts at 5:30a (ET), with fans encouraged to arrive at the screening dressed as their favorite "STAR WARS" character. "STAR WARS" collectibles will be given away onsite and members of the 501ST LEGION will be on hand in costume as Imperial Stormtroopers.

The screening will be preceded by the exclusive premiere of the brand-new parody trailer: "JUSTIN, SCOTT & SPIEGEL: The Farce Awakens."

"This is the biggest movie of the year, possibly the decade," said Morning Show host JUSTIN SCHLEGEL. “I have my Slave Leia costume all lined up and ready to go.  Even if you are not a 'STAR WARS' fan, this will make for a great event and some incredible people watching.”
