In other filings with the FCC, FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling W227BL/GALENA, IL to MID-WEST MANAGEMENT, INC. for $35,000.  FIRST VENTURES is also selling K243AR/ELLSWORTH, KS to WHITE COMMUNICATIONS, L.L.C. for $30,000.

RADIO DISNEY has closed on the sale of KDIZ-A/GOLDEN VALLEY-MINNEAPOLIS to SALEM's COMMON GROUND BROADCASTING, INC. for $375,000, and SALEM has flipped the station to its Business News format.
