In other filings with the FCC, SPRING ARBOR UNIVERSITY is selling W240CT/DEERFIELD, MI to WOBL RADIO, INC. for $30,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to OBERLIN, OH, where it would be co-located with its Country WOBL-A (GOLD COUNTRY 1320 AM)/OBERLIN, using the AM Revitalization procedure.

HE'S ALIVE INC. has closed on the sale of Religion WAIJ/GRANTSVILLE, MD to AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION for $10 plus legal fees and costs.
