The price for which KANKAKEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE is selling noncommercial WKCC/KANKAKEE, IL to CHICAGO PUBLIC MEDIA, INC. is $250,000, according to the contract filed with the FCC.  The buyer has also entered into a programming agreement to keep WKCC on the air and has applied for a waiver of the main studio rule to allow WKCC to be operated as a satellite of CPM's News-Talk WBEZ/CHICAGO.
