QANTUM COMMUNICATIONS Country WEGX (EAGLE 92.9)/FLORENCE, SC PD RANDY "MUDFLAP" WILCOX announces the line up for the SOUTH CAROLINA CARES HURRICANE RELIEF CONCERT. On THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27th, JULIE ROBERTS, AARON TIPPIN and JOSH TURNER will perform at the FLORENCE CIVIC CENTER with all proceeds benefiting the victims of the recent hurricanes in the GULF COAST region.
