  Sources have confirmed that RINCON BROADCASTING/SANTA BARBARA VP/GM KEITH ROYER retired from the company on APRIL 1st. He oversaw Rock KTYD, News/Talk KTMS-A, Spanish KSPE-A, AC KSBL, Spanish KIST and Top 40 KFYZ.
  
  ROYER was also PD for KTYD. DENNIS MITCHELL, best known as host of the syndicated BREAKFAST WITH THE BEATLES) has taken over the interm programming reins for the station.
