In other filings with the FCC, RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC is selling Classic Hits WIQI/WATSEKA, IL to JOE YOUNG's SMASH HIT MEDIA, INC. for $100,000 plus an LMA before closing.

TOWNSEND BROADCASTING ENTERPRISE is selling Gospel WQLS (THE Q)/CAMDEN, AL to WILCOX BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $2,800.

FAYETTEVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY is selling W260CU/SOUTHERN PINES, NC to the UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA's WUNC PUBLIC RADIO, LLC for $2,000.

VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KIMI/MALVERN, IA after losing its studio lease and programming source.

BOB MARK ALLEN PRODUCTIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for K233CV/ARKADELPHIA, AR while it moves to SHERMAN, TX as K266CV to rebroadcast Adult Standards KJIM-A/SHERMAN, TX.

INDIANA COMMUNITY RADIO CORPORATION has closed on the sale of W277CG/FT. BRANCH, IN (now W257DO/SEYMOUR, IN) to MIDNIGHT HOUR BROADCASTING, LLC for $40,000 to rebroadcast AC WZZB-A/SEYMOUR, IN.  ICRC has also closed on the sale of W273CG/NEW HARMONY, IN (now W257DO/PAOLI, IN) to DIAMOND SHORES BROADCASTING, LLC for $40,000 to rebroadcast Oldies WSEZ-A/PAOLI, IN.

RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE has closed on the sale of K250AP/PIERRE. SD to CUSTER COUNTY BROADCASTING COMPANY for $20,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Country KCNI-A/BROKEN BOW, NE.

And FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of W262CK/FENNVILLE, MI (now W229CO/FORT WAYNE, IN) to BOTT BROADCASTING CO. for $30,000 to rebroadcast Religion WFCV-A/FORT WAYNE.

THe FCC also dismissed SINCERE SEVEN's application for a new low power FM at WASHINGTON, DC due to misrepresentation issues.  The applicant, the Commission said, failed to list a convicted felon, PERRY REDD, as Executive Officer of the applicant, and also failed to disclose that another operation, WILLIAM TUCKER's WOOK RADIO DC, had a "Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement" with SINCERE SEVEN so it would qualify for a point in the LPFM application pool and would control the operation of the new station's programming; TUCKER complained to the FCC that SINCERE SEVEN had terminated and breached that agreement, and that TUCKER and another officer of WOOK, KENDALL MITCHELL, were not identified as parties to the application.  The Commission concluded "that the Application was prepared and signed by TUCKER under the name of S7 through a CDBS account controlled by TUCKER at the time the Application was filed, that WOOK was the real party in interest behind the Application, and that WOOK intended to control the proposed station.34 S7 was merely a 'front' used for gaming the Commission's point system and-because of its tax-exempt status-for funneling donations to WOOK."
