MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING Country WRTB (95-3 THE BULL)/ROCKFORD, IL Programming Coord./MD/midday personality JUSTIN BROWN is slated to make a return to BLISS COMMUNICATIONS Country WJVL (PURE COUNTRY 99.9)/JANESVILLE, WI as PD/afternoon host effective MONDAY, JUNE 27th. It is a return to 'JVL for BROWN, who spent 14 years with the station, eventually rising to APD, before departing in 2012 (NET NEWS 6/1/2012). Congratulate BROWN here. At 'JVL, BROWN succeeds ROB WEST, who joined SAGA COMMUNICATION Country KXDY/JONESBORO, AR as Interim PD/afternoons earlier this MONTH (NET NEWS 6/10).

Meanwhile, back at WRTB, evening personality TRAVIS WINCHESTER has been promoted to MD succeeding BROWN. WINCHESTER has been with MID-WEST for more than seven years and segued to nights six months ago.
