Photographer DAVID OPPENHEIMER has filed another lawsuit against a broadcaster for unauthorized use of his photos on station websites and via social media, this time suing ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CORP. and its web services provider INTERTECH MEDIA, LLC in MASSACHUSETTS District Court over two photos of comedian LEWIS BLACK used on at least 43 ENTERCOM station websites and/or in social media.
OPPENHEIMER and his company PERFORMANCE IMPRESSIONS, LLC allege that ENTERCOM and INTERTECH used the photos of BLACK at the 2011 BONAROO festival without permission.
