  ON TIME TRAFFIC CEO "Commander" CHUCK JOHNSON has come out of retirement after 4 years of being off the air as a traffic reporter.
  
  JOHNSON is now doing morning and afternoon traffic reports on NASHVILLE-based "On Time Traffic," with 22 radio stations now carrying the traffic reports.
  
  JOHNSON, who once owned the traffic network back in 2012, has purchased it back.
