The DIXIE CHICKS are touring the U.S. again, and that summons up mixed memories as it relates to their fractured relationship with Country radio.

The common narrative is that their radio home banned the CHICKS years ago; however, the story is actually more complicated, multi-layered, and emotion-filled than that.
