WICL/Hagerstown, MD Names Jason Tyler PD/Mornings

ALL ACCESS has confirmed that WEST VIRGINIA RADIO Country WICL (95.9 THE BIG DAWG)/HAGERSTOWN, MD afternoon personality JASON TYLER has been upped to PD/morning host, effective MONDAY, AUGUST 29th. He succeeds DAVE HOVEL, who departed the station earlier this WEEK (NET NEWS 8/22). WICL midday host RONA MENSAH will replace TYLER in afternoons; no word yet on a new midday host.
