GOSPEL ECHO, INC. is selling K278BH/ASTORIA, OR to SALEM's INSPIRATION MEDIA, INC. for $33,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion KGNW-A/BURIEN-SEATTLE, WA.

In other filings with the FCC, CROCODILE BROADCASTING CORPORATION, INC. is selling K285FF/METAIRIE, LA to the UNIVERSITY OF NEW ORLEANS for $200,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast noncommercial WWNO/NEW ORLEANS on the translator.

STARBOARD MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. is selling K224EB/CUT BANK, MT to BEE BROADCASTING, INC. for $10,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KSAM-A (SAM 1240 AM)/WHITEFISH, MT.

MARTHA WHITMAN is assigning KOAZ/ISLETA, NM and K279BP/ALBUQUERQUE, NM to her husband DON DAVIS' VANGUARD MEDIA for no consideration.

PEOPLE'S BROADCAST NETWORK, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WDJZ-A/BRIDGEPORT, CT while it seeks a new transmitter site and a buyer.

KZIA, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for K236AA/CEDAR RAPIDS, IA while it builds under its new construction permit.

VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC has closed on the sale of K261EO/OAK CREEK, CO to CRAWFORD's KLZ RADIO, INC. for $25,000. The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Religion KLVZ-A/BRIGHTON-DENVER, CO.

And the estate of DENNIS SILVER, via personal representative SARIAH HILLAM, has closed on the sale of K297BC/CARLIN, NV to ELKO BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $5,000.

Also, the approval of the transfer of control of HARNEY COUNTY RADIO, LLC, licensee of Silent KBNH-A and KORC/BURNS, OR, to court-appointed receiver TONI CARSON has been rescinded by the FCC after an informal objection from STARLIGHT BROADCASTING LLC arrived at the Commission the same day the transfer was approved.  The objection points to what STARLIGHT claims is a "veritable catalog of Ms. CARSON's mis-statements under oath and her cherry picking of evidence in a way that, while supporting her position, obscures inconvenient documentary evidence that would otherwise undermine her contentions."

The license renewal application of JON E. ROBINSON's JER LICENSES, LLC for KXZS/WALL, SD has been dismissed and the license canceled after no response to a letter inquiring about the station being silent since at least MARCH 17, 2015 was received by the Commission.

Also canceled were the licenses of AUGUSTA RADIO FELLOWSHIP INSTITUTE, INC. for noncommercial WZZG/TOOMSBORO, GA and REACH COMMUNICATIONS INC. for W252BC/PORT ST LUCIE, FL.
