  Country icon and WESTWOOD ONE syndicated "AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN" host KIX BROOKS appeared on NBC-TV's "The TODAY Show" to talk with hosts KATHIE LEE GIFFORD and HODA KOTB about his new cookbook, "Cookin' It With KIX." He showed them how to make fried beignets and grilled peaches at home.
