Extension With Bills, Sabres

ENTERCOM Sports WGR-A/BUFFALO will continue as the flagship for the BUFFALO BILLS and BUFFALO SABRES under a new deal with the NFL and NHL teams' owner, PEGULA SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.  The deal will extend the parties' relationship through the 2020-21 season.

ENTERCOM BUFFALO VP/GM GREG RIED said that the station is "delighted" with the deal, calling the teams "WESTERN NEW YORK's passion and an important element of this community."  He added that the cluster will expand and add positions to the WGR marketing department as a result of the extension.

PSE COO and BILLS and SABRES President RUSS BRANDON added that "ENTERCOM has been a tremendous radio partner to us and we are pleased to extend our relationship."
