CUMULUS MEDIA/PROVIDENCE has upped Dir./Sales HOLLY PARAS to VP/Market Manager.  PARAS, Dir./Sales at the cluster for 10 years and NSM for crosstown iHEARTMEDIA Rock WHJY, Hot AC WSNE (COAST 93.3), and Classic Hits WWBB (B101) before that, replaces JOHN SUTHERLAND, who exited in JUNE.
