Jerry Hannahs Named GSM At Community Broadcasters/Fort Walton Beach, FL

FOREVER MEDIA/WHEELING, WV Market Manager JERRY HANNAHS has joined COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS as GSM for its new FORT WALTON BEACH, FL cluster. The move is a return to the market for HANNAHS, who started his career there.

“Returning to the history-rich FORT WALTON BEACH market is a dream come true," said HANNAHS. "Working with my friend and mentor, RON RAYBORNE, makes this challenge so much more special. I'm blessed for the opportunity to help deliver COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS' vision to the EMERALD COAST.”

The COMMUNITY cluster includes Country WHWY (HIGHWAY 98.1), Top 40 WECQ (Q92), Adult Hits WWAV (102.1 THE WAVE), and Alternative WZLB (103.1 THE BLAZE). The cluster was purchased from APEX BROADCASTING for $5.9 million in JUNE and is being operated under an LMA before closing.
