To mark VOTER REGISTRATION DAY, noted HILLARY CLINTON supporter KATY PERRY appeared in the nude (with strategic censor bars in the way, unfortunately) in a FUNNY OR DIE video meant to encourage people to get out to vote.

Rolling out of bed with disheveled hair, PERRY joined a bunch of other dressed-down voters at the booths, including a hunk in a kid;s briefs or someone covered in slime.

Claiming she knows her rights, PERRY is then arrested by police officers, who ask, "Did you read the Constitution, or just briefly scan it."

The pop idol is then ushered into the back of a police car, where she comes face to face with JOEL McHALE.
