'Volume,' Talk Channel About Music, To Join SiriusXM Lineup October 17th

SIRIUSXM has announced that it is launching a new channel featuring talk shows about music. VOLUME will debut on OCTOBER 17th at 7a (ET) on channel 106. Former MTV and VH1 programmer ROGER COLETTI will serve as the Executive Producer of the channel.
The lineup will include shows with MELISSA ETHERIDGE ("MELISSA'S BASEMENT") and ANTHRAX's SCOTT IAN ("NEVER MEET YOUR HEROES"); former MTV NEWS anchor KURT LODER's "TRUE STORIES"; a morning show, "FEEDBACK," with BOSTON and NEW YORK radio veteran NIK CARTER and journalist LORI MAJEWSKI; afternoon shows "DEBATABLE" with SIRIUSXM personality and former MTV VJ MARK GOODMAN and former SPIN and VIBE editor ALAN LIGHT; metal show host EDDIE TRUNK's "TRUNK NATION"; the "ROLLING STONE MUSIC NOW" podcast with NATHAN BRACKETT; ELLIOTT WILSON's "RAP RADAR REPORT"; a monthly interview show, "WRITTEN IN MY SOUL WITH BILL FLANAGAN"; "THE ALBUM REVIEW SHOW" with YouTuber ANTHONY FANTANO; a game show, "’70s ’80s ’90s NOW," hosted by JIM SHEARER; another interview show, "THE LAST OF THE...," with RYAN DUFFY; and the monthly "ICONS WITH RON BENNINGTON."
"VOLUME is sports radio for music fans. It will be a must-listen for fans to stay connected to the music they love," said COLETTI. "It will be the ultimate place for fans to hear stories, share memories, discover new artists, and uncover the truth about their favorite artists, songs, albums and more. The channel is full of passionate, respected, and entertaining personalities that the audience will love, respect, and trust."
Among initial guests will be LADY GAGA on "FEEDBACK," ROBERT PLANT on "WRITTEN IN MY SOUL," and DAVID CROSBY on "MELISSA'S BASEMENT."
