WTTS Named 'Best Local Radio Station'

SARKES TARZIAN AAA WTTS/INDIANAPOLIS has been named "Best Local Radio Station" by both the readers and editors of Indianapolis newspaper NUVO in its annual "Best Of Indy" edition.

Of the award, NUVO editors wrote WTTS was best "because their music is like the Indiana weather -- if you don't like it now, just wait five minutes. Because it's about the music, not about the personalities. And because they do what they do with quiet dignity."

WTTS has historically placed in the top three in NUVO's "Best Of Indy" issues, but this is the station's first "Best Of" win in 10 years.
