DAVE RAMSEY's "SMART MONEY" tour hit the BOSTON area THURSDAY night (9/29), with RAMSEY and daughter RACHEL CRUZE offering financial advice and guidance to a sellout crowd at LOWELL MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM.
