In other filings with the FCC, DAILEY CORPORATION is selling Top 40 WNRJ (ENERGY 103.9)/VIENNA-PARKERSBURG, WV to FELLOWSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH OF VIENNA, WV for $635,000 ($5,000 down, $395,000 at closing, $235,000 equity as a charitable donation).

HGN MUSIC & EDUCATION FOUNDATION is transferring low power FM KXAX-LP/SHEPHERD, TX to CENTRO CRISTIANO LA UNCION DE DIOS INC. for no consideration.

WORD OF LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. is assigning Religion WBFJ-A/WINSTON-SALEM, NC to TRIAD FAMILY NETWORK, INC.

KBI is selling the construction permit for KHKO/PRAIRIE CITY, OR to THOMAS D. HODGINS' XANA OREGON, LLC for $13,500 ($3,500 cash, the rest in a promissory note).

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling W221CI/SUMMERVILLE, SC to KIRKMAN BROADCASTING, INC.for $55,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WQNT-A/CHARLESTON, SC.  RADIO TRAINING NETWORK is also selling W234CV/BRUNSWICK, GA to KIRKMAN for $55,000; the buyer plans to move that translator to rebroadcast Sports WTMZ-A (910 THE ZONE)/CHARLESTON, SC.

DAVID M. STOUT is selling W272DJ/LADYSMITH, WI to ZOE COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $30,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Oldies WHSM-A/HAYWARD, MI, which it is acquiring from RED ROCK RADIO CORP.

VIC MICHAELS' CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K205FZ/STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO to COMMUNITY RADIO OF NORTHERN COLORADO for $10.

DEL and MARY REYNOLDS' NORTHERN STAR BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of Classic Rock WCKC (107.1 THE DRIVE, rebranded last week from 107.1 THE BEAR)/CADILLAC, MI to DOM and JENNIFER THEODORE's UP NORTH RADIO LLC for $180,000.

RADIO STATESBORO, INC. is selling W299CA/STATESBORO, GA to BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $50,000.  The translator is moving to rebroadcast AC WAZZ-A (SUNNY 94.3)/FAYETTEVILLE, NC.

BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC has closed on the sale of Religion KTXW-A (THE BRIDGE)/MANOR-AUSTIN, TX to GENE BENDER's GLG MEDIA, LLC for $1.75 million. The buyer has been operating the station under an LMA since 2014.

And RESORT RADIO has closed on the sale of W285DY/LUDINGTON, MI to SCOTT THOMPSON's BIG RADIO for $27,000.

Also, RADIO INSIGHT reports that iHEARTMEDIA has turned in or allowed the expiration of the licenses and construction permits of five translators which it planned to move to rebroadcast AM stations, but has filed for new translators in the target cities to replace them.  Deleted were W257DR (formerly W235BY)/VINELAND, NJ, moving to PHILADELPHIA; W275CI (formerly W254CG)/SCOTCHTOWN, NY, moving to RICHMOND; W293CW (formerly W234BW)/PARKERSBURG, WV, moving to CLEVELAND; W285FG (formerly W264CT)/SHOREWOOD, WI, moving to DAYTON, OH; and K221GH (formerly K258CI)/PORTLAND, IA, moving to DES MOINES, the last-named of which has not been replaced with a new application yet.

And in deals yet to appear in the FCC database, KRISTIN CANTRELL's SEVEN MOUNTAINS MEDIA, LLC is buying Classic Rock WZDB/SYKESVILLE-DU BOIS, PA and WZDD/STRATTANVILLE-CLARION, PA; Country WOWQ (Q102)/DUBOIS, PA; and Hot AC WQYX and Oldies WCPA-A/CLEARFIELD, PA from FIRST MEDIA RADIO, LLC for $4.5 million, and CANTRELL's father KERBY CONFER and DONALD ALT's FOREVER MEDIA is also buying a pair of stations from FIRST MEDIA, AC WCEI-F/EASTON, MD and Country WINX-F/CAMBRIDGE-EASTON, MD, for $6.5 million.   MICHAEL J. BERGNER of BERGNER AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the buyers in both deals; LARRY PATRICK of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS represented the sellers.
