Time for yet another photo copyright infringement suit against a radio company, this time in WASHINGTON state, where BARCROFT MEDIA, LTD. and FAMEFLYNET, INC. have filed another suit, this time against INGSTAD RADIO WASHINGTON LLC and RADIO YAKIMA LLC d/b/a HOT 99.7 for an employee identified in the complaint as "SARAH J" posting three of the plaintiff's copyrighted photos -- "BRAZIL's tallest man," Brazilian bodybuilder ROMARIO DOS SANTOS ALVES, and JESSICA SIMPSON -- on Top 40/Rhythmic KHHK (HOT 99.7)/YAKIMA's website without permission or payment.

As in the plaintiff's previous suits, the complaint seeks statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement or actual damages and disgorgement of profits, plus a permanent injunction and attorneys' fees.
