Australian Football League Inks New Radio Deals

The AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE inks radio deals that for the first time guarantee that all games will be heard in the home cities of teams in the league. Previous coverage did not include out-of-state road broadcasts for teams based in VICTORIA. 

The deals continue the league's relationships with the ABC (5 weekly matches), Talk 3AW/MELBOURNE (4 wekly matches), and TRIPLE M (4 games per week), and adds a new deal with Sports SEN 1116/MELBOURNE (5 games per week). The league is also close to deals with 6PR/PERTH, 5AA/ADELAIDE, K-ROCK/GEELONG, and the NATIONAL INDIGENOUS RADIO SERVICE.
