NBCUNIVERSAL diginet COZI TV affiliate relations director JOANNA MARTENS has joined syndicator WESTSTAR MULTIMEDIA ENTERTAINMENT as Affiliate Relations Director.  MARTENS will handle affiliate relations for the KIM KOMANDO Show and other shows.
