KMNB/Minneapolis Adds Lucas Phelan For APD/Afternoons, TJ Officially Named MD

CBS RADIO Country KMNB (BUZ'N 102.9)/MINNEAPOLIS has added LUCAS PHELAN for APD/afternoon drive effective WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19th, filling the slot that was created when KRIS VALENTINE departed earlier this YEAR (NET NEWS 6/8). PHELAN most recently served as APD/MD/afternoons for crosstown iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 KDWB and as PD for the cluster's Classic Hip-Hop KQQL HD-3 before leaving that position in APRIL (NET NEWS 4/21).
